Vegansk sockerkaka/tårtbotten/muffins

(För muffins: dubbla receptet!)

Ingredienser:
100 g mjölkfritt margarin
1dl soja- eller havregrädde
1 dl socker
1 dl steviasocker
2,5 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk bakpulver
2 tsk vaniljsocker
¾ dl vatten

Tillverkning
1. Sätt ugn på 175°.
2. Smält margarinet i en bunke en kort stund i mikrovågsugn.
3. Tillsätt allt, rör om till en jämn smet.
4. Häll smeten i löstagbar form och grädda mitt i ugnen ca 35-40 minuter, eller i muffinsformar (fyll bara formarna till ¾) i ugn ca 20 minuter.
